A Quiet Tokyo Morning Routine for Level Work

Tokyo street scene in soft morning light

Our Live Level Clinic opens with a fixed sequence: overnight range, prior day high and low, weekly extremes still in play, then any unfinished zones from yesterday. Students who skip the sequence arrive mid-session already reactive.

Twenty minutes is enough when the list is short. Write levels in the same order every morning so nothing depends on mood. If a level from last week has not been tested, keep it; if price has spent days inside it, demote it to noise until a fresh swing forms. The goal is a calm map before liquidity arrives—not a prediction of the day’s direction. Traders who protect that quiet window usually need fewer mid-session redraws.
