Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Support and Resistance Analysis Training offered by Dev Ecosystem Platform (Foundation Levels Studio, Zone Refinement Lab, Live Level Clinic, and Private Chart Review). It does not cover products or delivery models we do not offer.

Eligibility

Refunds apply only to fees you have paid us for a confirmed seat. Informal inquiries and unpaid waitlist interest are not refundable because no fee was collected.

Timeframe

Full refund of tuition paid (excluding non-refundable deposits described below) is available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the first scheduled session. Cancellations received 6–13 days before the first session may receive a 50% refund of tuition paid after the deposit. Cancellations within 5 days of the first session are not eligible for a tuition refund unless we cancel the seat.

Deposits

When a seat is offered we may request a deposit (typically ¥10,000 for cohort seats) to hold the place. Deposits are non-refundable after we confirm the hold in writing, except when we cancel the cohort or cannot provide the scheduled format.

Partial refunds

If illness or documented emergency prevents completion after a cohort has started, we may offer a partial refund for unused sessions or a credit toward a later seat, at our discretion after reviewing the circumstances.

Non-refundable items

• Confirmed deposits after the hold is written, except as stated above.
• Printed workbooks and materials already prepared for your seat once production has started.
• Completed Private Chart Review sessions and delivered written feedback.
• Sessions you miss without notice (no-shows) once the cohort or private slot has begun.

Work already started

If training has begun and materials have been issued, refunds are limited to unused future sessions only when we agree a partial refund is appropriate. Completed hours are non-refundable.

Cancellation by the studio

If we cancel a cohort or private slot, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid for that seat or a transfer to a later date at no extra tuition.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 7 days before the first session and space exists. Later reschedules may be treated as a cancellation under the timeframe rules above.

No-shows

Failure to attend without notice forfeits that session. Cohort seats are not automatically extended.

Refund process and timing

Email studio@devecosystemplatform.digital with your name, training title, scheduled dates, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. Bank transfer fees charged by your institution remain your responsibility when applicable.
